Sulfur Recoverv Unit (SRU) Efficiencv Annual Report - 2025 and 2024 Resubmittal
Dear Mr. Bird:
As required by paragraph II.B.5.b.l of Approval Order DAQE-AN103350075-18, the SRU
efficiency shall be estimated once per year and reported to the Executive Secretary via the specified
method. The SRU percent recovery is calculated using the following equation:

This letter serves to inform the Division of Air Quality of Tesoro's successful completion of this
requirement. The average efficiency for a 3O-day period during January 2025 was 99.9%.
After the 2024 SRU Efficiency Annual Report was submitted, an error was discovered in an
intermediate calculation used for calculating the efficiency submitted for 2024. The corrected error
did not change the 99.9o/o efficiency originally reported for the June 30-day period used for 2024.
