Site Visit Report- Chromalox VCP #073

Purpose of Site Visit: Soil Management Plan Oversite/ Sampling
Observations:
DERR on-site at 2:00 pm. Meet with Jeremy and Stephany from Chromalox. Sampling
was supposed to last all day but concluded this morning. We walked the site to review
progress and sampling locations. Trackout measures in place. Large soil stockpiles are
remaining on the site. DERR was unable to collect a split sample but did not have any
issues with the locations.
DERR observed a full truck departing the site without a tarp. Chromalox immediately
contacted EKB to resolve the issue and ensure all trucks leaving the site are covered
going forward. No additional issues were identified.
Chromalox will provide updates and notify DERR when upcoming oversite activities
such as vapor mitigation piping and vapor barrier placement are planned.
