Purpose of Site Visit: Soil Management Plan Oversite/ Building Demo
Observations:
DERR arrived on site at 15:45, checked in at desk and met Nate to walk the site. Facility
improvements so far are limited to the northern parking area. The lot is nearly completed.
Grading, stormwater drainage, curb and gutter, asphalt, and paint/lines are complete. Waiting
on completing lighting. Employees will start using the new parking lot November 20th.
Remaining wells will be reestablished and may need to be resurveyed if cut or extended.
Building demo will begin tomorrow November 15th on the main building and large shed. Asphalt
grinding on the old west parking lot will begin November 27th.
Stockpiled soil has been tested and contains low level arsenic exceeding unrestricted use levels
(res RSL). Soil must be managed on site or sent to a permitted disposal facility.
