FIELD OBSERVATIONS: I arrived onsite and signed into the office. Work was occurring in the eastern parking lot. All 4 wells have been installed and the drillers are cleaning up. RPS and Earthprobe are developing the wells using a surge bailer and submersible pump. One well has not yet produced water. All of the other wells are cleaning up nicely. Larry will come back tomorrow for one more round of well development. Grace is sampling wells, I met her in the field to the north. Groundwater was being sampled using low-flow techniques. No issues were observed with the sampling. SPLIT SAMPLES COLLECTED: No IS THE WORK BEING PERFORMED IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE ACCEPTED WORKPLAN? Yes
