Goodmorning Raymond,
Well after a fairly extensive search I came up with not much. The area where that parcel is listed is within the US National
Forest, and should have no private parcels at all on it. Because of its location we have no history practically at all as far as
old maps or records in that whole section township and range. The only limited history I could find had nothing to do with
Montezuma Well Services, SITLA, or UTLA. I have no idea what would have caused someone in this office to add that
parcel to our system, but whatever it was they didn't properly attach and take history notes on it for reference. Sorry my
search couldn't come up with more!
Thank You,

Dillan,
I’ve heard of busy afternoons. No problem. Since we spoke yesterday, I*’ve found information indicating Utah Trust
Lands Administration (Former SITLA) owns this land. If there is a deed, patent, or other document in your records
showing who the current owner is, UTLA or someone else, that is what I’m looking for.
Thanks,
Raymond

Hey Raymond,
Could you remind me what information it was that you were seeking yesterday? I am embarrassed to say that I didn't
take a good enough note during our conversation yesterday to be able to remind myself what to search for you. It was
a very busy afternoon and I couldn't get to it while it was fresh in my mind.
Thank You,
