Thank you for your efforts to come into compliance. We appreciate your update and request for additional time to comply with certain aspects of the order. In accordance with Number 11 of the General Provisions section of the Order, the Director authorizes an extension to specific items as outlined in the attached supplemental Enforcement Order Schedule (“EOS”). Please sign and return the attached Supplemental EOS within 30 days to acknowledge the extension. Please be advised that the original Order remains a final Order, and the System will remain rated "Corrective Action." It is important that you continue to work with the Division staff and your local health department to ensure compliance with drinking water standards.
