Box 144830 Salt Lake City Utah Subject: Quarterly Arsenic Monitoring for 1st Quarter 2025 Dear David: This report contains the results of our Arsenic Monitoring Program for the 1st quarter of 2025. Samples were collected from 3 sites in Blue Mountain South water system 11066, 4 sites in Skyline water system 01033, 1 site in West Skyline water system 01034, and 1 site in Blue Mountain North water system 01036. The analytical laboratory results and a summary of the arsenic field-testing data should have been sent to you from Chem-Tech Ford Laboratories. All bacteriological sample results were absent from bacteria during this sampling period. The sampling results indicate that the point-of-use devices (RO units) are performing as designed and keeping the arsenic levels in compliance. It may be of interest to DDW these RO units are on a routine maintenance schedule with our vendor and as needed throughout the year.
