NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROMONTORY POINT RESOURCES
A hearing regarding Promontory Point Resources’ Petition for Review of the Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control’s decision to deny the application for a
commercial solid waste landfill permit for the Promontory Point Landfill will be held on April 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The Administrative Law Judge will hear Promontory Point Resources’ Motion for Summary Judgement, the Director’s Dispositive Motion as to the Meaning of Utah Code § 19-6-108(10)(b), and
the Director’s Dispositive Motion to Dismiss Promontory Point Resources, LLC’s DormantCommerceClause Claim.

The hearing can be observed at<the Google Meet link for the hearing>.  Those observing will not be seen or heard at the hearing.  No public commentwill be accepted and admission through
the link is on a first-come, first admitted basis.  The hearing will be recorded and will become part of the adjudicative record
