The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) has received your request to revoke Approval Order (AO)
DAQE- AN0110970004-09 on May 7, 2024. Progressive Contracting Incorporated (PCI) has requested
this revocation because the company will no longer be operating the portable facility that is described in
the permit. The DAQ has revoked the above-referenced AO effective as of the date of this letter.

As authorized by the Utah Legislature, the fee for revoking an AO is the actual time spent by the review
engineer and all other staff on the project. Payment should be made to the DAQ upon receipt of the
invoice.

Hello Milo,
The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) has received your request for a permit revocation for site 11097 on May 7, 2024.
I'm reaching out to you to clarify the reason for the request. In the application, you note "closed out portable facility 11097
emissions accounted for under station facility 12898". Will you no longer be using the equipment listed in AO DAQE-
AN0110970004-09 as a portable aggregate and asphalt source? How are the emissions being accounted for under
station facility 12898?

Perfect! I will make sure the letter is addressed to you and I will update the contact information in our system.
Just as a note, you will want to make sure the equipment from the portable facility approval order is listed on the
stationary facility approval order. When the DAQ Compliance does their inspections, if they see additional equipment at a
site that isn't listed in the approval order they can issue a Compliance Advisory notice.
If the equipment is not currently listed, you can submit an NOI to do a modification to the stationary facility approval order
to add the equipment from the portable facility.
