ln accordance with Title V Operating Permit #3500200002 provision l.S.2.c and Utah Administrative
Code (UAC) R307-415-6a(3XcXii), the following deviation report is submitted.
ll.B.3.a & ll.B.3.b
Excess Emissions /Kiln4 Scrubber-April 9,2025, due to routine scrubber
maintenance which started at 5:44 am and ended al2:44 pm on this date. The
kiln was slowed down during this duration to minimize emissions from this unit.
During the maintenance buildup of soda ash was cleared from the ducting and
pipe systems.
