On November 12, 2024, the Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received a letter from Staker & Parson
Companies (S&P) and Novva SLC Common, LLC (Novva) requesting the transfer of emission credits.

This order confirms the transfer of 10 tons of banked NOx emission credits from S&P to
Novva in the Salt Lake County PM10 and Ozone Emission Reduction Credit Registry. This transfer
results in the following emissions balance for Novva in the Salt Lake County Emissions Credit
Registry.
