On November 11, 2024, the Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received a letter from Kennecott Utah Copper
LLC (Kennecott) and Novva Holdings LLC (Novva) requesting the transfer of emission credits.

This order confirms the transfer of 40 tons of banked NOx emission credits from Kennecott to
Novva in the Salt Lake County PM10 and Ozone Emission Reduction Credit Registry. This transfer
results in the following emissions balance for Novva in the Salt Lake County Emissions Credit
Registry.
