Re: Tank 18 Floating Roof Inspection

Per Utah regulations R307-327-5 (4) and (5) this letter is to notiff you that Tank 18 was opened
for maintenance, repairs, and inspection. A new seal was installed on the floating roof. This seal
has been closely inspected. Silver Eagle intends to put this tank back in service onMarch22,
2024.
This tank was in wax crude service. The tank was cooled until the wax crude solidified; therefore
it was not necessary to open and purge this tank as directed by H.11 General Requirements:
Control Measures for Area and Point Sources, Emission Limits and Operating Practices, PM2.5
Requirements H.I I (g)(vi).
