A completed Combined Water Systems Merger Form was submitted to the Division on April 8, 2025, signed by both systems, along with the Well Abandonment Report for the Bells Well required by the Division of Water Rights It is our understanding that the facilities previously used by Silver Creek Junction have been disconnected and they are now a customer of Summit County Service Area #3. The following facilities formerly listed under Silver Creek Junction have been updated in the Division’s database to inactive/abandoned: TPPOU- Point of Use Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Softener for the ice and coffee machines HD002- 85 Gallon Hydropneumatic Tank WS001- Bells WellThe Silver Creek Junction water system has been deactivated in the Division’s database. The single connection to Bells Silvercreek Junction Gas Station will be included under Summit County Service Area #3’s connection inventory.
