The Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received your request on March 21, 2025, for a name change for
the holder of the above-referenced Approval Order (AO). According to your request, we have noted in
our records that the holder and party responsible for complying with the terms and conditions contained in
the above-referenced AO has been changed from ‘Henkel Corporation’ to ‘Retailer Brands, LLC’. This
change took effect on the date of this letter.

As authorized by the Utah Legislature, the fee for issuing this name change is a one-time filing fee in
addition to the actual time spent by the review engineer and all other staff on the project. Payment should
be sent to DAQ upon receipt of the invoice.

Henkel US Operations Corporation is currently the operating entity that holds the permit for our facility located at 3540
West 1987 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104. We are transitioning our operations from Henkel US Operations
Corporation to Retailer Brands LLC for administrative and business purposes. The address will remain the same Salt
Lake City address currently associated with our operations, and the parent corporation remains Henkel US Operations
Corporation.
The physical location of the facility will not change. All staff, including management and operators responsible for
environmental compliance and safety, will remain the same. All infrastructure and equipment will continue to operate
exactly as it has been. There will be no modifications to operational processes, monitoring systems, or any parameters
related to regulatory compliance. All site operations will continue without interruption or alteration.
