Dear Mr. Beatty:
Northwest Pipeline, LLC hereby submits the attached Title V Operating Permit Renewal
Application for the Moab Compressor Station, located 23 miles south of Moab on Highway 191
La Sal Route in San Juan County, Utah.
This application is to renew the Title V permit for an additional five year term and to incorporateinformation from Approval Order DAQE-AN106270013-25 issued March 2025 that updates
equipment designation, classification and conditions. The current Title V Operating Permit
expires September 25, 2025, and this renewal application is submitted at least six (6) months,
and not more than eighteen (18) months, prior to permit expiration.
