We want the following information provided by Snow College: • Provide the new emergency generator HAP emissions and the overall total HAP emissions from the location. The original NOI was submitted on February 22, 2024. Snow College has 15 days from the date of this letter to provide what we need in order to make progress on their NOI, or we will cancel the project.
