In accordance with R307-326-9 (7), Big West Oil LLC (BWO) North Salt Lake Refinery hereby
submits the 4th Quarter UACR VOC Monitoring Report. As required by the Utah Air
Conservation Rules (UACR), BWO confirms all VOC monitoring has been performed as
stipulated in UACR R307-326-9.
In addition, the 2nd Semiannual2024 NSPS Subpart GGGa Report is included in accordance with
