Dalton,
I'm reviewing the updated DWSP plan received on October 26, 2023. It was stated in the update that Manderfield hosts an annual meeting which cosuels PCSs
on how to manage risk of contamination. It was also stated that contamination prevention material was distributed. Do you have any documentation of this?
Our rules require documentation of implementation to be provided with the updated plans. Please provide documentation of meeting minutes and/or a copy of
what was distributed to PCSs. Once I receive this I can concur with the update. I can provide 4 weeks before a disapproval letter is drafted.
