Brandi,
Here is another CAP fix, this time for UTAH 19067.
Discrepancy
STOO1 Storage Facility
V012 End of Storage Tank lacks #4 Mesh Screen—Screen needs replacement

The pictures above show the blow off/drain/overflow pipe without the proper screen. The next picture shows the fix by
adding #4 mesh and hose clamps to end of discharge pipe.

I still have one outstanding CAP for Nizhoni (19067) that I will hopefully get finished before the 6/1 deadline. I have to
rent some equipment to fix that problem.

Let me know if I need anything else for this CAP or you need different pictures. I have already cc’d David Kruse and
Jennifer Yee.
