On January 9, 2025, the Utah Division of Air Quality (UDAQ) issued a revised approval order (DAQE-AN141070020-25) to The Procter and Gamble Paper Products Company (P&G) Box Elder Plant whichincluded a new sodium bisulfate tank. P&G submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI) air permit applicationrequesting an enhanced approval order for this project to update the P&G’s Title V Operating Permit(30053003).
In coordination with UDAQ's Title V permit engineer, P&G has been made aware of the requirement tosubmit a notification for the installation and operation of the new sodium bisulfite tank. P&G is makingthis notification that the tank is installed and operational.
