Utah Electronics Waste Program Annual Report
For: Harbor Freight Tools

Collection Program:

Harbor Freight Tools manufactures Icon brand automotive diagnostic tablet devices. Consumers in Utah
are able to return their used Icon tablets for recycling through the program website at
https://www.harborfreight.com/ewaste_recycling.html free of charge. The program covers Harbor Freight
manufactured tablet devices including their Icon Professional Diagnostic Scanner Tablet devices.

Harbor Freight has partnered with Reverse Logistics Group, Inc. (RLG) and its’ Take-Back and
Regulatory Compliance management system to offer this program. Consumers can access the webpage
and enter information about their location and the equipment they intend to recycle. Based on this
information, a free shipping label is generated and sent to the consumer, which the consumer can utilize
to ship their used Harbor Freight product for free recycling. Consumers merely pack the product and ship
it using the free shipping label. RLG will ensure the products are responsibly recycled.

During the 2023-2024 program year, no covered devices were returned to Harbor Freight through the
mail-back program from Utah consumers.
