A review of the information submitted in the “Closure Notice” received on 3/17/2025, for the above referenced UST(s), indicates that contaminant concentrations are below State of Utah
cleanup levels (Utah Admin. Code, R311-211-6). No corrective action is currently required at this site for the lines and dispensers.
