Subject: UDOT Sevier Station MS4 Improvements Approval to Use
Dear Mr. Thornock:
The Division of Water Quality (“Division”) issued a Construction Permit for theMS4 Improvements for the UDOT Sevier Station on June 6, 2022. Due to lack of funding the construction
was not completed at that time. The plans and specifications had not changed so the Construction Permit was reissued on February 7, 2024.
The work has now been completed and a final inspection was completed on April 7, 2025. With the help of Donna Beagley, I was recently provided with access to ProjectWise an am now able
to look at all the testing and inspections for this project.
Based on the final inspection and the review of theconstruction documentation in ProjectWise, DWQ approves the use of theUDOT Sevier StationMS4 Improvements.
