During the construction in July 2022 the Division completed an inspection on July 13, 2022 of the pond before the liner was put into place. On July 15, 2022 an inspection was performed of the liner placement and the pouring of a concrete pad. A final inspection was not performed at that time. The work has now been completed and a final inspection was completed on April 7, 2025. With the help of Donna Beagley, I was recently provided with access to ProjectWise and am now able to look at the various testing and inspections for this project. However, the testing completed during liner placement was not included in ProjectWise. This was provided by Paul Stanworth of H2J Liners LLC (H2J) on February 17, 2025. Based on the final inspection, the review of theconstruction documentation in ProjectWise, and the liner placement testing documentation provided by H2J; DWQ approves the use of theUDOT Tropic StationMS4 Improvements.
