Hi Chris,
Spanish Fork City is up for renewal of the sizing standards. I've attached a draft report for you to review with data from 2017-2023. Your renewal came out to about the
same place as the previous sizing standard from 2020.
You'll notice that we no longer require the use of a variability factor, if you would like to use one to increase your standards please let me know that and I will update
the report.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need any changes prior to February 27, 2025, or I will finalize the standards as is.
Thanks!

Hi Danielle,
Please see the attached file for changes on the Minimum Sizing Standards document. We have recently rebuilt the Malcom reservoir tank to store 5,000,000 gallons.
You will also notice that we have provided clarification on some or our wells that are currently not approved for drinking water. Let me know if you have any questionsor concerns.
Thanks,
Cory

Thank you Cory for the redlines.
I've updated those water sources as not used for drinking water so they no longer pull into the water use module. I've also updated the Canyon Road Well (WS014)and Canyon Elementary Well (WS015) safe yields as documented in their Operating permits. Will you let me know if Canyon Road Well (WS014) is equipped with a
1200 gpm or a 1250 gpm pump as stated in the OP? Then for the new Malcolm Reservoir that facility does not have an operating permit yet so we can't change the
size of that tank until the operating permit is issued. If that is complete then please send in the operating permit request. Finally, since you reported 2024 water use
numbers I've also included that in this report. It looks like it changed the equalization storage but you are still compliant in terms of storage capacity.
Also by replacing Chris's name with yours, do you want to update your name to be Spanish Fork's Administrative Contact? Or do you still want that to be Chris?

Danielle,
Thanks for the updates. Yes, please replace Chris’s name with mine for the Administrative Contact. We are working on the final steps of applying for an operating
permit for the new Malcom Reservoir. That may have to remain unchanged until we can get that completed.
Paul - can you provide the answers on Danielle’s questions regarding the wells?
Thanks,

Sorry another report attached with the wells updated safe yields, I did not notice that it didn't update in the report correctly.
I also included you in another email with Mz. T who can help update you to be the administrative contact for Spanish Fork. She is currently traveling down to the Rural
Water Conference so it might be a day or two until she gets to that email.

Danielle,
Just one last comment on the attached file. The 5M gallon Malcolm Springs Tank (ST007) replaced 2M gallon Malcolm Reservoir (Lower). The total storage should be
13,250,000. Everything else looks great.
