SUBJECT: No Further Action, Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank Release

Located at 4110 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah 84601
Facility Identification No. 4001018, Release Site OEW

A release was reported to the Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) on July
17, 2022 after sampling during closure activities. The release OEW was opened as per protocol. There
was already an open release (NVQ) at the site managed by Hong-Lei Tao. A corrective action plan
was implemented and NVQ has been issued a no further action letter.

The opening of the OEW release was duplicative and should be closed with a LUST List Override.
