Hello Levi,
Please find the attached copy of the recent inspection report. The items I need to follow up on are the following.
1. The ATG test is due, I have attached the letter.
2. Getting a Certificate of Compliance for the regulated above ground storage tanks. Please submit the
notification form filled out completely as possible. The notification form is for all of the AST's on site. Once I receive
that I will start the billing process the Notification fee is a one time fee of $250.00.
The application is for any tank you plan on using and getting on the fund. The large tank will need a visual inspection
completed by a qualified third party. The lines will also need to be tested along with the spill containment box.The tanks
you are not planning on using will get red tagged and will have to follow the closure requirements if they are permanently
closed. Please submit the application as soon as possible so we are only waiting on the testing. Let me know if you have
