Re: Tank 104 and Tank l5 Floating Roof Inspection
Dear Mr. Bird:
Per Utah regulations R307-327-5 (4) and (5) this letter is to notiff you that Tank 104 and Tank
l5 were opened for maintenance, repairs, and inspection. The floating-roof seals were closely
inspected and repaired as needed. Silver Eagle intends to put these tanks back in service on or
about April 2, 2025.
Tanks 104 and l5 are in diesel fuel and atmospheric tower bottoms (ATBs) service respectively.
Per tank regulations in 40 CFR 60 Subpart Kb and per State rules in R307-327, diesel fuel and
ATBs are not volatile petroleum liquids and are not required to be stored in floating roof tanks.
Nevertheless, Silver Eagle is submitting this notice.
