Clark Spreading Inspection

To whom it may concern,

Iron County Landfill Director will help Nancy Clark Inspect her land spreading operation and give
input and direction for a 2-year period (every 6 months) making sure the product is applied as a
beneficial use. In 2 years if it is found to be working the Inspections will be Nancy’s responsibility to
make sure the product being applied is beneficial. If it not found to be beneficial, the Inspections will
resume until it can be worked out, and corrected.
