To Whom it may concern,
Ricoh utilizes our website to provide education and information on our mail in take back services that we offer for our Ricoh, Savin,
and Lanier brands.
Either https://www.ricoh-usa.com/en/about-us/corporate-responsibility-and-environmental-sustainability/product-stewardship-and-
recycling or https://Ricoh-usa.com/recycling takes someone directly to our recycling information.
For Hardware we have two programs. For the tabletop printers & MFPs up to 100 lbs. (and smaller items) we have a mail in system
using a prepaid UPS label that is at no cost to the customer.
For floorstanding equipment- we have a shared responsibility program, where if the customer will pay for the transportation costs to
ship the unit to our authorized recycling vendor, Ricoh will pay for the cost of recycling.
Ricoh also offers a Consumables takeback program that also uses a prepaid UPS label to return the consumables at no cost to the
customer for Ricoh, Savin and Lanier branded items.
