Brian,
I have been asked to serve as the agent for Weston Family Farm with your department. I have attached the PDF of their
letter so stating to the Department.
Weston Family Farm wanted to change operators to IFS from the current operator. What is the process to make the
change and who is the contact person for Weston's permit at the department?
I need a copy of the current operational and training plan. Either a PDF or a link to the plan will work for me.
The Westons have no idea how much material has been applied to their land. Can I get that information for the past year
and the first and second quarters of 2023?
The Westons want to put in a 500,000-gallon to 750,000-gallon retention pond. The pond would be lined. The Westons
want to distribute the material received through a sprinkling system. What are the department's thoughts on that idea?
