This letter is to inform you that the landfill operated by Berrett Brick & Stone, LLC has been closed according to
the closure plan as stated in our permit.
Brick & Stone landfill has not accepted debris of any type since January 1, 2022.

This letter is to inform you of changes to the closure construction for the landfill operated by Berrett Brick &
Stone, LLC. The topsoil has been omitted due to the buyer's plan to develop the overall property. Said topsoil would just
be removed as part of the developement.
