Hi Jeremy,
I am following up with Allison's voicemail to you yesterday afternoon. We have completed a review of the draft QAPP and
Site Characterization Workplan (SCWP) for the subject site. Based on our review, there are a number of items missing
from the QAPP and we believe the sampling proposed in the SCWP should be beefed up to better characterize the site.
We have a number of comments and believe the most efficient path forward is to schedule a call in the next week or so
to discuss our concerns. We previously provided examples from other projects and are happy to do so again if that helps.
Please contact Allison when you have a moment to schedule a meeting.

Thank you for the email earlier this morning - Allison, I felt terrible to have missed your call last night!
Next week I’ll be out of the office at a conference. What is your availability during the weeks of January 27 and February
3? If you two will send me some dates/times that work with your busy schedules, I’ll work with MT2 to coordinate a time
that works for all of us!
Looking forward to gaining traction on this project as we begin to move forward.

Hi Jeremy,
Thank you for getting back to us so quickly. Next week is getting a little tight for us so the week of February 3rd would be
best. I think it'd be best to schedule for an hour and a half to ensure that we have enough time to discuss and answer any
questions. I will also be inviting our Toxicologist, Scott Everett, to the meeting.
Currently, we are available,
Monday (February 3rd) 10-11:30 am, or anytime between 2-4 pm; and
Tuesday (February 4th) 10:30-12 pm, or anytime between 1-4 pm.
Let me know if any of those times work for you and your team.
