Subject: Notice of Increased Monitoring for Zion Red Rock, UTAH27115 Angie Taylor:
This letter serves as notification of the routine monitoring requirements for the Villa Well (identified as WS001) and the Oasis Well (WS002). Pursuant to R309-205-5 and R309-215-6(2), both the Villa and Oasis Well are required to be sampled for sulfate and TDS each calendar quarter, and nitrate annually. These samples should be collected from each source individually, at
a location that is downstream of all filtration. The next sulfate and TDS samples are due sometime between January 1, 2025 and March 31, 2025. The next nitrate samples are due sometime between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Please label all samples representing the Villa Well as WS001 and the Oasis Well as
WS002 on all laboratory paperwork. The updated monitoring requirements for these sources are given below and are available to view anytime on waterlink.utah.gov under the water monitoring section.
