Director January 30, 2025 Max Covey Wolf Creek Ranch PO Box 519 Heber City, UT 84032 Subject: Notice of Decreased Monitoring for Wolf Creek Ranch; UTAH26091 Max Covey: This letter serves as notification that quarterly monitoring for radionuclides is no longer required at the Wolf Creek Well No 2 (identified as WS002). The sampling frequencies for radionuclides have been reduced to one sample every nine years. The next radionuclide sample is due sometime between January 1, 2029 and December 31, 2037. Quarterly radionuclide monitoring began in 2021. The average of the results obtained since then, pursuant to R309-205-7(1)(C)(i), qualifies the Wolf Creek Well No 2 (WS002) for a sample schedule in which one sample is required every nine years. The updated monitoring requirements for this source are given below. An updated monitoring schedule can be viewed any time at waterlink.utah.gov under the water monitoring section.
