Director January 30, 2025 Nathan Bell Wasatch Peaks Ranch 36 S State Suite 500 Salt Lake City, UT 84111 Subject: Notice of Decreased Monitoring for Wasatch Peaks Ranch; UTAH15044 Nathan Bell: This letter serves as notification that quarterly monitoring for radionuclides is no longer required at Well A (identified as WS001). A radionuclide sample is now due once every six years. The next radionuclide sample is due sometime between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2031. The past four quarters of sample results indicate that the levels of radionuclides present at Well A (WS001) are below respective Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs). Pursuant to R30-205- 7(1)(c)(i), these results qualify for a reduced monitoring schedule in which one sample is due in every six-year compliance cycle. The updated monitoring requirements for this source is given below. An updated monitoring schedule can be viewed any time at waterlink.utah.gov under the water monitoring section.
