Thanks for taking my phone call and providing an update of no actions at the PTL #140 site. I have attached the last Utah
DEQ/DERR letter to you from January 2025. The letter recants our January 14th conversation and the expectations from PTL to

produce a complete subsurface investigation report to the DEQ/DERR regarding the facility. The subsurface investigation is due June
2, 2025.
