Jacobs, on behalf of UPRR, plans to conduct a data gap investigation prior to moving forward with the
Corrective Action Plan as outlined in the Corrective Action Plan Guide Non-Petroleum Storage Tank Trust
Fund Leaking Underground Storage Tank Sites. As such, UPRR is requesting an extension to the deadline
for CAP submittal. Once the data has been collected and assessed, Jacobs will submit an investigation
report to UDEQ documenting the activities and the path forward.
