However, additional information may be requested in the future. You submittedyour complete application within the 180-day requirement.The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) will now proceed to draft and issue the permit. The draft permit will contain effluent limitations and other provisions reflecting the requirements of the State and Federal water pollution control regulations. The DWQ will then publish notice of the intent to issue the permit and allow thirty (30) days for public comment. A final permit will be issued sometime after the close of the public comment period. A draft permit will be sent to you, via e-mail, for review before the public notice.Thank you for your efforts to protect water quality.
