Tremonton City Wastewater Treatment Facility authorization to sign permit documents for the
following permit requirements: UPDES DMR and report submittals, Pretreatment and Biosolids
Programs requirements and reports, Stormwater Permit requirements and reports, and the USMP
General Permit requirements and reports:
Tremonton City Wastewater Treatment Facility Laboratory Director and
Treatment Facility Operator, which at this time is Dustin Dean, the person in this
position can sign UPDES DMR and report submiffals, Pretreatment and Biosolids
Programs requirements and reports, Stormwater Permit requirements and reports,
and the USMP General Permit requirements and reports.
