This letter serves as notification that quarterly monitoring of Radionuclides at the Flat Canyon Well (identified as WS003) is no longer required. Based on results obtained through initial monitoring, the Flat Canyon Well (WS003) qualifies for reduced monitoring in which one radionuclide sample is due in every nine-year compliance cycle.
The next radionuclide sample from the Flat Canyon Well (WS003) is due sometime between January 1, 2029, and December 31, 2037.
An updated monitoring schedule can be viewed any time at waterlink.utah.gov under the water
monitoring section.

PFAS Information and Resources The EPA rule for PFAS requires that either method 533 or 537.1 version 2 are used for testing. Please ensure that the chosen laboratory processes PFAS samples using one of these methods.
Additionally, the Division has resources to assist water systems in completing the PFAS initial
