Dear Mr. Frydenlund:
The Utah Division of Radiation Control (DRC) received under cover letter dated May 5, 2015, the
surety performance bond from Aspen American Insurance Company in the
amount of $22,060,984.00 for the White Mesa Mill. This represents an increase of $387,365.00
from the 2014 surety value of $21,673,619.00. We find this evidence of surety acceptable, and as
a result, Module 73 is hereby closed.
