On March 7, 2025,Shaunna Mills from the Utah Division of Water Quality (DWQ) performed a Notice of Termination (NOT) inspection on the subject site. DWQ performs NOT inspections on sites
which disturb greater than an acre of land, or less than an acre but are part of a larger common plan of development that have completed the active phase of construction to verify they
have met the conditions required to terminate coverage. A NOT had been submitted to notify DWQ of the completion of this project.As a result of the inspection, the site was found to
have met the requirements, and permit coverage has been terminated.
