Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (“Division”) has completed the review of the 2024 Annual Tailings System Wastewater Sampling Report dated November19, 2024(“Report”).

The review was based on compliance with the:1.White Mesa Uranium Mill Ground Water Quality Assurance Plan (“QAP”). Revision 7.5, dated February 15, 2022.
2.Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (“Permit”). Permit version that was signed on March 8, 2021.3.Tailings and slimes Drain Sampling Program (“Plan”) Revision 3.0 dated July
8, 2018.
The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance withthe Permit, QAP, and Plan. This letter constitutes a closeout of the November 19, 2024, Annual Tailings
Systems Wastewater Sampling Report.
