On December 20, 2024, Clean Harbors Aragonite (CHA) submitted a Class 1 modification (DSHW-2024-009725) to notify the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division)of
changes to the facility’s Infectious Waste Management Plan. Specifically, the modificationadded quality control measures in Table 1, and the inclusion of repacking infectious waste received
in unacceptable metal containers.
The applicable changes have been reviewed and the Infectious Waste Management Plan is hereby approved.
