UTAH25077 Dear Matt Taylor: On February 10, 2021, the Director of the Division of Drinking Water ("Director") issued a Not Approved Rating Order to the Riverbend Grove Water System (“NAO”). Subsequently, the Division received notification that Riverbend Grove has requested an extension to the due dates as they incorporate with The Vivian Park Water System UTAH25096 and The UDOT Salt Station UTAH25181. For good cause, the Director has decided to approve the extension of the due dates under the NAO as provided below. The Riverbend Grove Water System is currently in significant non-compliance with its obligations under the Utah Safe Drinking Water Act, the Utah Drinking Water Rules, and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Consequently, the Division of Drinking Water will maintain the "Not Approved" Rating for Riverbend Grove Water System notwithstanding any extension. The Director may change the status of the system to “Approved” following successful completion of the requirements of the NAO. The extension of the NAO is documented in Exhibit B, Amended Enforcement Order Schedule, attached here. This Amended Enforcement Order Schedule replaces the one attached to the NAO and includes both the outstanding issues from previous assessments and any newly-identified deficiencies or violations. The NAO itself is not amended and remains in full force and effect. I encourage you to reach out to me or my team with questions and updates as the Riverbend Grove Water System continues to proceed with consolidation to Vivian Park Water and The UDOT Salt Station.
