Hi Mark,

I think that is fine to go with the July date for now.

We are checking in with the city on the status of the amendment of our access
agreement every couple of days. They continue to tell us it is in progress. We’ve been
planning like we would have access and had the sampling event scheduled for this
week. Ultimately, we had to postpone.

We will let you know once the schedule has been confirmed.

Hello Skip,

I need some clarification please. Is CEMC requesting a 120-day extension as of this letter, 3-27-
2024, or the upcoming DERR due date in about 90-days, 7-31-2024? I'm thinking, let's run out the
clock, and see how things are going for you and CEMC in late July. The DERR can always get a
letter and approval for more time then.
