Hello Rex,
Please find the attached copy of the recent inspection. The issue I need to follow up on is the A/B operator. Kevin's
expired 1/1/2024 so he needs to renew that by sending in the application (attached) and paying the $50.00 fee online.
Please let me know when this is taken care of and I will close the compliance out. Please let me know if you have any
questions.
