General Comments Comments To address the hydrocarbon issue on the top of the leachate pond Nate Robinson proposed a plan to clean that up utilizing saw dust. Early the following week Nate Robinson sent the inspector photos of both the cleanup process and final results. The leachate collection pond was cleaned up.
